Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing times may be extended during product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Pre-order items, limited releases, or made-to-order products may have separate processing timelines listed directly on the product page.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, shipping times typically range between:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
CurlVault is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, CurlVault is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will do our best to assist when possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL HERE] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not qualify for replacement assistance.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional carrier charges required by their country.
Delivery timelines for international orders vary by destination.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or pre-order status. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.

CurlVault is not liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier interruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Supply chain disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information
- Events outside of our reasonable control
